The pre-payment of 50% of the price of the chosen service will be taken at the time of the booking. Your pre-payment will be refunded to you if you decide to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior your visit. If you decide to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours prior your visit, the pre-payment would be accounted for the new appointment. 

If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the visit, the salon has the right of not returning the pre-payment. 

In case if you are late, the salon might not be able to provide full service you booked in for, but you will be charged a full price of the service.

We understand that there might be different circumstances, given the valid reason the pre-payment can be refunded.
